Don't want to deal
with cleaning, adjusting and servicing your Formotion clock or thermometers
yourself?
No problem! For
$22.50 + $10.00 Shipping and Handling, let Formotion do all the work and do
it right! We'll refurbish your Formotion gauge to new like status.
This includes any and all problems with your gauge - broken lens, seal, dead
battery, stem broken, hands broken etc. If we can't fix it, we'll send
you a brand new unit as a replacement. Note: If a replacement gauge is
necessary, Formotion will do everything in it's power to replace it with the
same model - however, we reserve the right to substitute or change models
due to out of stock or discontinued styles. We'll of course communicate this
with you prior to working on your gauge.
INSTRUCTIONS:

Send your gauge postage pre-paid via any carrier of your choosing and a copy
